I joined the IG Cult.

I'm excited... or not?

Hola ⚡️

This week has been slower than the last few weeks, which gave me some much-needed downtime. And a chance to refocus.

I spent much time on my personal Instagram, posting about ten new reels over the weekend. The response was amazing and super motivating, so I'm definitely going to keep growing my Instagram as I did with Twitter this past year.

If you haven't already, follow me on Instagram for daily updates.

This one got almost 80K views already:

Atla Studio*: Hola London 🇬🇧

Big news at Atla* Studio this week: we landed a new client! I'm excited about a furniture store project. I can't share too many details just yet because it's still early days for them, too, but the team is great, and I'm confident we'll do some excellent work together.

Plus, we're wrapping up a project with our first UK-based client, a huge milestone. We almost got to design a taquería in London a few months ago, but they went with another agency. With this new project wrapping up, we can finally say we've got a London client, which I'm super proud of. 🤩

Sexto Abismo and TigreTigre

There have been no major changes this week for Sexto Abismo and TigreTigre. We're focusing on refining the coupons we launched last week with Apple Wallet for TigreTigre and testing some new things on Amazon for Sexto Abismo. It's been a steady and quiet week for these projects.

WeLoveDaily

We've been channeling the energy from my Instagram work into WeLoveDaily. We kicked off the development of the new website this week, and the mockups are ready. We're just finishing up the site and hope to do a pre-sale by the end of this week, which will be our biggest challenge since we acquired these channels.

Feelings?

This is my third-week going all-in on these projects. The emotions are precisely what I expected: a rollercoaster. Closing a new client feels excellent, but other things can be stressful. Not landing a client can make the pressure mount. I'm relearning how to handle the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Balancing these emotions is the main challenge—going from 0 to 100 and back again quickly isn't sustainable. I need to find a middle ground, especially now that I'm fully committed.

One method I'm trying out is focusing on my breathing. A cousin gave me a book about it. I'm a slow reader, but I dedicate time daily to read a few pages and find clarity.

Thanks for following along on this journey. Let's keep learning and innovating together. Until next time, stay passionate and creative.

Catch you later, José ⚡️
